Their romance was wild and carefree, two young laborers caught up with each other, an escape from their everyday circumstances. When their whirlwind relationship led to pregnancy, they married and had their son Roberto six months later, followed by Marcos years after.
Walter Allen and Isabelle James met on a college campus in Florida. He was attending classes, she was working as a cleaner. His parents disapproved of the the match, but they courted and married anyway. They had one girl, Claire, several years later, and moved across the country to Los Angeles. Claire Allen became a teacher, and one day she met Roberto Alvarez, who was working at the school part time to assist the school's music department. Taken by his beautiful voice, Claire boldly asked him on a date, which he accepted. LarcombeIn London, Duncan Larcombe and Lillian Jenkins were students at Oxford when they met. Their relationship was not particularly romantic, as their parents arranged most of their dates and set a deadline for their wedding. They grew fond of each other, during which time they had a son, Nordin, and moved to Boston.
Alroy Fitzpatrick and Margaret O'Malley met as teenagers while immigrating to Boston from Ireland. Young and in love, they kept in touch while settling into a new city, new country, and eventually married, having two children, Flynn and Mary. Nordin Larcombe and Mary Fitzpatrick met while attending a St. Patrick's day parade. He was a Naval soldier on leave, she was a kindergarten teacher who moonlighted as a lounge singer. He promised himself to her, and when he returned from WWI, they were married, moved to New York, and had two sons, Erik and Nordin II. |

Elysia Alvarez followed in her parents' footsteps to work as an elementary school educator. Nordin Larcombe II was a shameless womanizer working in real estate. A chance meeting in a bar threw the two of them together, and they continued to run into each other around the city until Nordin proposed. Once married, they had three children, Nordin III, and sororal twins Valentina and Jessénia.
Sénia, Valentina, and Nordin grew up in Midtown Manhattan, attending Midtown Academy and then Jackie'O High. There was always music in their house, either from their mother or from their Abuelo Roberto. When the girls were fourteen and Nordin eighteen, their father announced that he was moving out. He left in such a hurry that he forgot a number of personal belongings, including several credit cards. Val bought clothes, Sénia bought the most expensive guitar on hand, which happened to be a bass guitar.

Sénia met Richard by chance while he was enrolling his son Oliver in Elysia's class, the two formed an instant connection. Richard sought Sénia out and asked her on a date. While they dined, they discussed their respective music careers, where it was discovered that Richard was a drummer, while Sénia and and Taryn were in need of one.
Their relationship grew as the band practiced, and it wasn't long before Richard proposed. They married in year 41, and the following weekend played their first show together. In the next decade, daughters Natalia and Chelsea and sons Troy and Parker came along. Madalynne joined the brood a few years later.
