My team is 4 people. Assistant Superintendent, 2 TOSAs, and me. One TOSA took a job elsewhere in the district, and started abruptly and immediately in the middle of July. In the meantime, the other TOSA only a had a partial schedule this summer, which left just the Asst Sup and I doing way too much work the past two months, and I've barely been holding on. Overtime nearly every day, total mental exhaustion every day - I haven't even had the energy to watch TV or play GTA, which are usually the ways I chill when I'm this overworked and stressed.
So... I'm begging for forgiveness from all of you that I promised more activity and faster replies once July rolled around. That backfired immensely.
Luckily, we just hired someone new, though she might not start for a couple weeks. It's going to give me a little more freedome again, but not right away. It will take some time to get her caught up on everything that we do and get her really situated. That means I won't make any promises that I'll be back to normal after a certain date, but I am assured free time is coming.
