So… to announce some heartbreak: Today, on Day 3 Year 85 in Popmundoland, a long, long marriage has come to an end. Jessénia Natalia Urban has filed for divorce. She has also changed her name back to Alvarez-Urban, taking the name her mother reclaimed before she died. She will keep it hyphenated because the business world knows who Sénia Urban is. They won’t know who Sénia Alvarez is. Perhaps down the road she’ll drop the name, but not likely. She’s feeling liberated (and you’ll understand even more when she remembers what her mother said to her on her deathbed - you may remember that she gave Senia and all the kids one last wish. Almost everyone has fulfilled theirs so far), but she also feels a bit like a failure. People used to call their marriage ‘the fairy tale,’ able to survive even a suspected death.
But sadly, it did not last.
Now Sénia is considering having the master bathroom area remodeled to attach to two of the upstairs bedrooms, and have Taryn move in with her. She’s wondering if that would encourage Taryn to embrace her role as a grandma if she’s in a house full of grandkids. Probably won’t work though, right?
She also has not yet figured out how to tell the kids. I’m sure most of them won’t be surprised. In the meantime, she’s on a major flirting mission, hoping she’s even still got it. Work and the Mentor Program will continue to keep her busy, as well as a major campaign she plans to launch in the future.
And now, it’s been awhile since I’ve given the rundown, so… shall we?
Natalia, Chelsea, Olivia, Amelia, Logan - I’m not really playing either of these. That doesn’t mean they don’t have things going on, that their lives aren’t happening concurrently with my active characters, or that I don't play them occasionally. I know exactly where they are and what they’re doing, and what their day-to-day lives are like. All three are working very hard, all on different things. Nat and Chels are doing mostly A&R, which ties in with Olivia, because she’s the one who will draft contracts, before she and Nate then sit down and finalize details with the new artists. Nat and Chels are also working on something else, I just can’t reveal that at this time. Amelia has some future plans.
Troy - enjoying life with his two boys and hot wife, still working, still fully embracing his leadership role in the company. He’s satisfied to be in a place where things are set and sure, having grown up a lot in the past few years.
Parker - the same as Troy, loving his family life, he daughter just started kindergarten and he’s been calling contractors about building that tower he wants to lock her up in when she’s a little older.
Maddi - has finally reached the holy grail. Between her and Sebastian, the twins are nearly always being held. Her return to the stage is one year away but old nervousness is already creeping up on her.
