Working in it hurt even more, because you're forcing your arm to use other muscles and it's just not comfortable at all. I didn't notice any difference from sleeping in it, but I think that's because I never had morning CTS issues. Apparently, most people report it being worse in the morning, feeling like they have to shake their wrists out.
So... I stopped using it. And the pain in my wrist is gone, along with the sharp pain that would shoot from my wrist to my elbow. However, now in the highest pain of my forearm, the thickest part, there's an ache. Sometimes there's a burning sensation that goes all the way from the wrist area all the way up my arm nearly to my shoulder. It's the same burn you feel when you work out too hard and you get that lactid acid burn.
All of this makes me think I have tendonitis? I don't know. Maybe I have nothing at all and I just pulled something and the pain is manifesting itself in different ways. But I'm no longer having any of the typical CTS issues, so I guess that's good.
Anyway... in my RP world... things are pretty much going well for everyone. It's good.
